Michelle Tom Online Store Return Guidelines

Easy, No Hassle Return Policy:

Feel free to try it on — every style we make is created with care and we're proud of our high standard of quality. We understand your new purchase may not work out the way you imagined, so we've made the return process easy.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges, by following these simple steps:

Please email concierge@michelletom.com to obtain a return authorization. 

Returns should be sent via a traceable shipping method such as UPS, Fedex or United Parcel Service . Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund. The cost of returns are not paid for by Michelle Tom and will not be reflected in your refund amount. Your return should be addressed to:

We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the refund is applied. Your bank may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account.

Exchanges:

We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you would like one Michelle Tom item in place of another, simply return your original purchase by following the above Return Guidelines and place a new order for the item you would like.

Gift Returns:

If you received a gift purchased from the Michelle Tom Online Store, you may contact Customer Service to obtain the original order information. You may return the gift by following the above Return Guidelines. The refund will be applied to the original form of payment.

Incorrect or Defective Item:

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our Michelle Tom Online Store Customer Service within 7 days of invoice date to request a Call Tag. Please include the original Packing Slip with your return, and note the specific defect or error.
